Starker's Restaurant located in the heart of Kansas City's Country Club Plaza is chef owned and offers a seasonal, ingredient driven menu, focusing on local farm fresh products. Guests are treated to Seasonal American Cuisine in an atmosphere of elegance, sophistication and intimacy. The restaurant has long been known for its private dining rooms for business, social and family events. Walls of wine line the interior of the restaurant with exterior windows overlooking the shopping and dining district. Chef/owner John McClure is passionate about food and wine and his enthusiasm is reflected in the beautiful presentations and flavorful dishes that are paired with Starker's extensive award winning wine list. At over 40 pages, the list combines releases from boutique vineyards, as well as, established wineries from all over the world.
