Grilled Salmon Pineapple Curry Rice :

1 1/2 C white rice
1 tsp ground curryr
3 cup water
Instructions: Steam or bake rice for 20 min at 350°
Ingredients:
1/2 c Medium diced pineapple
8 - 8oz. ramekins
pan spray
1/4 pineapple juice
2  small diced red onion
1/4 C small diced red pepper
1/4 C small diced green pepper
Instructions:Toss akk above. Bowl when rice come out of over
Salmon: use 4 7oz. salmon filets. Grilled 3-5 minutes on each side - 3 minutes will be medium rare - 5 weel done
