The taste of Argentina is very American Midwestern. The foods of its capital city, Buenos Aires, are grilled meats, seafood, fresh salads and vegetables.
Argentinean dining is very cosmopolitan with a touch of Spanish, Italian, French and other ethnic foods. The food is simple, not particularly spicy, yet flavorful.
Strongly European in background and culture, Argentineans enjoy dining in a generally relaxed atmosphere where conversation and gracious dining go hand-in-hand. Piropos Restaurant, on the hill in Briarcliff and down-town Parkville, offers a unique view, warm atmosphere and fresh foods prepared in the Argentinean style.

Piropos "On the Hill" in Parkville is open on the 1st Wednesday of every month for open dining with a limited price fixed menu that is unique and changes every month. The menu is comprised of Piropos favorite dishes! There is also a live pianist and dining available on our lovely patio that overlooks downtown Parkville. Space books fast so make your reservations now at 816-741-3600.

Piropos "On the Hill" is available for all of your private dining needs. It is available year round and can accommodate intimate gatherings of 10 to wedding or corporate gatherings of 175. We specialize in customized wine dinners, corporate dinners and all day meetings, as well as weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners.

We are also available for off-site catering and off-site events. Piropos "On the Hill" in Parkville is centrally located only 6 miles from our Briarcliff Village location and only 10 minutes from downtown.
