Our steaks are guaranteed! Your steak will be tender and full of delicious flavor or we will be glad to replace it. Please let your server know immediately if your steak is not just right. Steaks can be either grilled over an open flame or sauteed in butter. The Chef recommends rare or medium rare for all of our steaks. Well done steaks take considerably longer to prepare, may be less tender and are not guaranteed.
