Jack Stack
Barbecue originated in Kansas City in
1957, with a modest selection of five to
six items sold in the traditional
storefront style by Russ Fiorella. Jack,
Russ eldest son, worked with his father
until 1974, when he decided to branch
off and start Fiorellas Jack Stack of
Martin City, Missouri. To stand out among KC barbecue restaurants, Jack
Stack cooked with Gourmet Hickory Wood and created the most extensive barbecue
menu in the country. Today the Jack Stack Barbecue menus includes a variety of
succulent pork and beef ribs and lean sliced meat barbecue classics, Certified
Angus Beef steaks, tender chicken, award-winning lamb ribs, fresh
hickory-grilled seafood and mouth-watering signature side dishes like Hickory
Pit Beans and Cheesy Corn Bake.

" I am a JackStack addict to their Fire-Kissed Jumbo grilled Shrimp. It is the best most extremely large fulfilling shrimp that you will find in any KC restaurant( and I've been to quite a few!). Also make sure no matter what you get, always get their loaded baked potatoes. They make something so simple seem like it took so much love in making it. Jack Stack is the best by far and not to mention, they don't skimp you on anything. You really get your moneys worth and then some. And everything is truly reasonably priced.
