Guadalajara Café, a well established Kansas City restaurant since 1997, features a refreshing approach to Mexican cuisine at its original Kansas City location as well as its new Lee’s Summit location. Since its beginnings, Guadalajara has been raising the bar on what to expect from Mexican cuisine throughout the city. The menu features dishes found simmering in family kitchens of Mexico whether it be seafood, chiles rellenos, beef, pork, chicken or vegetarian. The Lee’s Summit location opened in November 2011, boasting its own unique charm of brickwork, high ceilings and a sleek bar, adding to the appeal. The only Mexican restaurant I can recommend to you, is the Guadalajara Cafe. Their customer service is second to none and the food exceeds any expectations. Take your time and enjoy their food.
