Churrascaria?
Churrascaria is tradition stemming from the pampas of Brazil where ranchers barbeque large portions of marinated beef, pork and poultry on long skewers over an open fire pit.
When you are seated at Em Chamas you will have access to our Gourmet Bar with an assortment of delicious dishes like Feijao (traditional black beans & rice), assorted salads, roasted veggies, and an ever-changing array of traditional Brazilian dishes.
While you enjoy various dishes from our Gourmet Bar, our “Gauchos” will delight you with assorted cuts of meat which often include our special Picanha, bacon-wrapped filet, marinated pork loin, marinated chicken drummettes & more!
