"What could have been a bad situation turned into a wonderful experience on our first trip to Brio. We were quickly greeted and served our drinks but it took a long time for someone to take our order. Servers kept walking by and finally I made eye contact with one of them. He realized we hadn't been helped and was very apologetic. Apparently it was shift change and there was some confusion about who had our section. He offered us a free appetizer and dessert and we expressed our thanks. Later the manager apologized to us and paid for our entire meal! They made us feel very important and valued. The bruschetta, pasta, and dessert were all wonderful--we ate every bite! We will
definitely be going back!

"The atmosphere, service, and food were wonderful.
My husband and I have dined at Brio's three times experiencing a
different entree with each visit. The rating has been
consistent...SUPERB! It is our favorite place to dine. " |

"The decor is elegant
without being stuffy. Balcony seating is great in warm weather. I
gave the food two stars (instead of three) due to the lack of
choices for vegetarians--only one pasta dish, one side salad, and
one appetizer choice. This is curious since Bravo, another type of
Italian restaurant owned by the same parent company, offers numerous
choices for vegetarians. Brio's and Bravo's menus offer many of the
exact same menu items--crossover of Bravo's vegetarian items would
be welcome" |

"I was initially intrigued
by the second story balcony and Mediterranean feel of the decor.
Then I heard that it had been awarded "best new restaurant." Having
just vacationed in Nice, France (a stone's throw from Italy), I was
disappointed in their oven-fired pizza. The crust was floppy, more
like a bread. Maybe that's the way American's like it. The
toppings were great, however - even the daughter said it was a
"bomb" which is very complimentary in teen lingo. The server knew
nothing about the wine list but did get the bartender to make a
recommendation." |

"Although at times we had a
hard time hearing each other because of the noise, this restaurant
was excellent. We all loved what we ordered, and the service was
