Centuries ago in the province of Mongolia, the Mighty Khan's hunting parties would camp on the banks of the great river Khan-Balik. After days devoted entirely to hunting, they would gather in droves to celebrate their successes. Communing in banquet style pavilions, the Mongols would prepare slivers of meat and vegetables by slicing them with their razor sharp swords. They would then cook their food by searing it on their overturned shields that were heated by a blazing fire. The Kublai Khan and his fiercest warriors would sit high above the hordes, and enjoy the same food prepared for him on a large, roaring hot griddle.

Atmosphere "This is one of the noisiest restaurants I've ever been in. The "fun" atmosphere consists of the cooks banging their metal tongs on the metal grill constantly. The salad bar items were fresh but of very limited variety. Food wasn't bad but I couldn't get past the noise."

Atmosphere "My husband and I are doing the South Beach Diet. We were kind of getting bored with eating the same thing. We decided to try BD's. Wow the food was great. They have a nutrional chart so you can see what everything has in it. We had a large bowl of meat and veggies, tastes wonderful and still stayed on our diet. We have decided to treat ourselves once a week."
