119th Street Diner is a charming modern diner concept along the 119th street corridor. The cheery dining room is wrapped around the entry bar and is flanked by colorful walls of lime green, fuscia, and yellow. As found in an Americana diner, breakfast is offered any time in addition to lunch and dinner items.

Enjoy your meal at a table in the dining room, counter seating around the bar or in front of one of the kitchen stations, or in a small private dining room. 119th Street Diner is open 7 days a week and offers your favorites from a full bar.

"I went to the diner with a friend for dinner. We were seated in an aisle booth for two, but felt awkward. Low divider made us feel that we were dining with the couple beside us. We both ordered sandwiches with sweet potato fries. I enjoyed the sandwich, but the sweet potato fries were too salty for me. Went back for breakfast by myself. I was seated at the bar with no one else. Only got a refill on my drink when my food arrived. Steak omelets was good with hash brown, bacon and toast. "

 Overall I love the look of the place, and the food was pretty good as well. The one complaint that I do have is the service. The service in general was rather slow - not to be seated, but the waitress. Just ordering our food took a long time, and we had to ask for refills on coffee and water - something I personally think should be a non-ask type of refill. The bad service may have been an isolated case, so we will give it another try.
